Practicing a new style of creating artworks still, I'm lacking in studying about light, color, anatomy, etc. This serves me as an exercise in dealing half body/portrait coloring study.

This takes me a 1 and a half hours of outlining and painting it each 6 days.

Made using my JW Concept XP - 03 drawing tablet
The program that I used is Photoshop CC

Process:

1st: Selecting a good reference that suits in what you've imagined.
2nd: Open Photoshop and start doing the background.
3rd: Do the sketching and outlining the subject.
4th: Be familiarize to the directional light and the colors of the reference.
5th: Start painting in blocks then blend and render the whole thing.
6th: Add textures. (for painterly effect)
7th: Save your work.
